    Stir Benefiber into 4-8 ounces of a beverage (carbonated beverages are not recommended) or soft food (hot or cold). Still well until dissolved.

    Adults and children 12 years: Use 2 teaspoons 3 times daily.

    Children 6 to 11 years: Use 1 teaspoon 3 times daily.

    Children <6 years: Ask your doctor before use.

    Benefiber Powder for Children:

    Stir Benefiber into 4-8 ounces of a beverage (carbonated beverages are not recommended) or soft food (hot or cold). Still well until dissolved.

    Adults and children 12 years: Use 2 teaspoons 3 times daily.

    Adults and children 12 years: Chew 3 tablets up to 3 times daily.

    These are premeasured. Stir one packet of Benefiber Stick Packs into 4 to 8 ounces of beverages (carbonated beverages are not recommended) or soft food. Stir well until dissolved.

    Benefiber Kiwi Strawberry Stick Packs, Benefiber Citrus Punch Stick Packs, Benefiber Cherry Pomegranate Stick Packs, and Benefiber Raspberry Tea Stick Packs:

    Take a sip from a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle of water (500 mL) if the bottle is filled to the top. Empty the contents of one packet into the bottle of water. Shake well until dissolved.
