What is this medication?Little Noses Saline Spray/Drops contains a saline solution. It is intended to moisturize and relieve dry, crusty nasal passages due to low humidity, heated environments, air travel, allergies or colds. It is also intended to help loosen mucus secretions to aid aspiration and removal from nose and sinuses, allowing for easier breathing.
Are there any warnings associated with Little Noses Saline Spray/Drops?Call your child's doctor if you do not see improvement after trying to clear the nose; your child has trouble eating or sleeping because of congestion; discharge is persistently thick and yellow or green; the skin at the base of the nostrils is raw or crusted; your child has other signs or symptoms of illness; or if you have further questions or concerns about your child's nasal congestion.
Wipe the nozzle clean after each use. Sharing the product between more than one person may spread infection.

What is the usual dosage of Little Noses Saline Spray/Drops?To use as a dropper, hold the bottle upside-down and squeeze lightly.
Infants, and newborns: Use 2 to 6 drops in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a doctor.
To use as a sprayer, hold the bottle upright and squeeze firmly.
Children and adults: Use 2 to 6 sprays/drops in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a doctor.
