Adults: The usual starting dose is 30 milligrams once a day. Your healthcare provider will increase your dose as needed, until the desired effect is achieved.
How should I take this medication?Take Nifediac CC exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not change your dose or stop taking Nifediac CC without first talking to your healthcare provider.
Take Nifediac CC on an empty stomach, and do not take it with food. Swallow Nifediac CC whole. Do not chew, divide, or crush the tablets.
What should I avoid while taking this medication?Do not take Nifediac CC with grapefruit juice or grapefruit. Do not drink grapefruit juice or eat grapefruit for at least 3 days before starting Nifediac CC.
