Do not begin therapy with Megace ES if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. This drug may cause severe problems during pregnancy. Megace ES may pass into breast milk.

What should I do if I miss a dose of Megace ES?

Take your dose of Megace ES as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the one you missed and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double up on doses.
