Apply Voltaren gel 4 times a day. Apply the gel to clean, dry skin. Do not use heating pads or apply bandages to where you have applied Voltaren gel. Do not use sunscreens or any other cosmetics on the same skin area where the gel is applied, and do not expose the skin where the gel is applied to sunlight and artificial lights.
