Adults: The usual dosage is 100 milligrams (mg) of propoxyphene napsylate and 650 mg of acetaminophen every 4 hours as needed for pain. The maximum recommended dose of propoxyphene napsylate is 600 mg per day.
Kidney or liver impairment: Patients with kidney or liver problems should receive a lower total daily dose.
