Patanase nasal spray is to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in patients 12 years and older.

Patanase may cause nasal perforation and nosebleeds.

Do not use Patanase if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

What should I tell my doctor before I take the first dose of Patanase?

What is the usual dosage?

Adults and children >12 years: 2 sprays per nostril twice daily.

How should I take Patanase?

Patanase should be primed before using it for the first time or if you haven't used it for more than 7 days. Release 5 test sprays to prime the inhaler.

Avoid driving and operating machinery. Do not drink alcohol or any other central nervous system depressants while using Patanase.

What should I do if I miss a dose of Patanase?

If you missed a dose of Patanase, take the dose as soon as possible unless it is almost time for the next dose. Do not take 2 doses at the same time.

Store Patanase at room temperature.
