Adults: The initial recommended dose is 90 milligrams (mg).

How should I take Somatuline Depot?

You will receive Somatuline Depot injection every 4 weeks as directed by your doctor. It is injected deep under the skin of the upper outer area of your buttock. The injection site should alternate between your right and left side each time you receive your injection.
